BC Modular was founded to bring innovative modular housing solutions to our beautiful British Columbia, from the coast to the mountains and from urban centres to remote communities.
Built on two complementary legacies — a timber trading and supply chain business with 20 years of market experience and a construction firm with more than a decade of hands‑on expertise — we combine deep material knowledge with practical construction know‑how.

WHY MODULAR?
A modular building is constructed in sections, called “modules,” within a controlled factory environment. Each module is built to meet or exceed the same building codes as conventional built buildings.
Once completed, the modules are transported to your site and assembled on a permanent foundation. The result is a building that looks and performs just like a conventionally built home, but with the added benefits of precision engineering, faster construction timelines, and exceptional quality control throughout the process.

SITE ASSESSMENT
Perform site assessment to confirm zoning bylaws, building setbacks and transportaon requirements
DESIGN AND FEASIBILITY
Collaborate with clients and consultants to ensure functionality and form & character goals a met for municiple approvals
PLANNING AND PERMITTING
Determine resource management, Permit requirements, delivery logistics, installation challenges, workforce and equipment demands, budget and schedule constraints
EXECUTION
Implement project plan, production and quality control management, communication and collaboration with the City, the project team, consultants and contractors.
COMPLETION
Demobilize resources, assess project performance and perform quality review. Address all deficiencies and perform post construciton analysis.
